We have a party of 11 (ranging in age from 2 to 75+) - 4 of us staying at BCV and 7 at BWV

We have narrowed down dinner choices to:

Yachtsman Steakhouse
Flying Fish Cafe
Chefs de Paris

Anyone have any opinions on the above locations and food quality (we have never dined at any of them before)

thanks

I have eaten many times at all 3. Personally I'd be inclined towards Yachtsman, but FF has excellent food as well. While I also like CdF, whereas it's in the park, I've found it to be always very busy. You may find it easier to talk/hear in one of the other 2.

HTH :)

Have only eaten at the Yachtsman and the food is great. Would recomend making reservations.

Hey no fair - you didn't give us Jiko as an original option, LOL!

It's just a shame you have to wander from the resort... might be nice, with that many people, to keep it closer to "home". Will you have cars, or have to do the "transportation shuffle"?

In any case - sounds good! I love the Disney restaurants that are well-themed and unique - Jiko is an excellent example of that! Hope it's great for all!

I threw a knuckler on the Jiko's :yo-yo: choice

Flying Fish was full, we decided that Chefs de Paris was going to be too loud for such a large group (to hear each other) - came down to Artists Point - I then found out part of the party is from Zimbabwe/Rhodesia originally hence the choice of Jiko's

We will be driving over (until our kids get older, we will be renting a car on our trips)

cheers

We have had a large party at Ohana and had a great time there. The kids loved the doing the Hula dance and coconut race. We also had a later seating and saw Wishes while we were there.
Yachtmans is good as well. We had a party of 9 there in Sept for our girls trip. We liked the food but had poor service.

OHANA, make ps. its reasonable $$ and you get a varity of meats, pork, turkey, steak, shrimp on skewers with all you can eat, you also get side dishes, yummy. and they also have entertainment during dinner . we always see larg parties, we went last christmas family reuoin 14 of us. next to us there was a party of 30.
