Candlelight Processional Package

I heard that the Candlelight Processional dinner package is available through DDP. On 12/10, we want to go to Garden Grill, then go to the Processional. When I called Disney Dining to make my ressie for this, I was told that they have not decided when the Candlelight Processional will be, and that I will have to call sometime in the future (no idea when) if I want to book the package. What is up with this? Is it part of DDP, like the Fantasmic package? How far in advance can you book the package? What time is the Processional, and what would be a good priority seating time at GG to eat and make it to the theater with a 5 year old in tow?

When we callled to make DDP reservations, we were told that reservations for the processional usually open up in August. We're looking forward to going this year.:santa:
