Well I finally did it! :sunny: I made a offer (and got it accepted) for a smallish VB contract! Thanks Shontell! I am such a wimp at spending money. :crazy: I almost couldn't do it.

Hopefully it wasn't too low an offer and will get through Disney's ROFR. :headache: It is close, ...maybe too close.

Beach Cottage here we come.... (assuming it passes of course).

Wow Lisa, upgrading from your usual Inn Room to a Beach Cottage? (As I recall, your roms were one level up from ours over the Green Cabin Room last Presidents' Day). I dream of the Beach Cottages, but with one child in a wheelchair, those cottages aren't happening for us (with all those stairs, and not a lift or elevator in sight :(). We'll content ourselves to use our SSR points to stay in a VB 2BR this year. I can't quite pull the trigger on a VB contract yet, but we may yet be tempted (if DW has anything to say about it).

Congratulations. I know you are really excited about this. VB is the only DVC Resort we have not been able to try out yet, but I sure do want to some time in the next couple of years. Sounds like you have some great beach trips to start planning.
