CB and I are planning on Sept. 29. No, the schedules aren't out yet and the first date to make ressies is July 31. Hopefully the 29th will be part of that schedule, cuz we're REALLY looking forward to it!

After going two or three circuits thru the wines & spirits, everybody is a Viking.

I could comment here on spirits effecting the able spirits of real and pseudo Vikings, but I won't. I'll just add that I hope that there is a Sept 30th POS, and that we get tickets (tho I know Pam is on top of that) and a bunch of other folks who will be around on Sept 30, viking or not, will join us!

Thanks, CB, for putting in the correct date of our planned PFTS party, the 30th and not the 29th. I'm so excited about coming in a day earlier than originally scheduled that I can't get the 29th out of my head!!!!:veryconfu

HORRORS! The Viking forgot to check the dates with Mrs. Viking aka BoardwalkBabe-in-Training. If he had, I am sure that he would have planned his trip around THE party of the senses...Sept 30.
Vikings aren't so good at using the English calendar.
We will miss ya Viking, and definitely Mrs. Viking, but our trip includes FREE DINING!!!!

Once again, sCB said it all! "We'll miss both Mr and Mrs. Viking". You're a great pair!

Anyone else for Saturday, October 14? If all works out, it would be fun to share the evening with other MouseOwners.

Ginger, sorry we will miss you by one week. It would have been fun to meet up.
Off Topic, but we went to Charlotte for Father's Day and I spent all day Saturday iat SouthPark mall. I had not been in there in years and I was very impressed. Hubbies family lives about 4 minutes from there on Colony and we also had dinner at McCormick and Schmicks Saturday night and lunch at Magionnis on Sunday. So, I basically spent both days at SouthPark. They had stores I had never even heard of, and I had a ball checking them out. YOu guys are lucky to have such stores availabe to you.

Well I am there on the 14th but only long enough to eat bfast, pack up and get on a plane.
UGH, stupid mom for wanting to use points for a studio on a weekend night and missing out on this fun F/W festival (even though I have never been) event.
:bugeyed:
(Just kidding on the stupid mom part)

FYI -- I was on the phone to the 2nd in charge of the F&WF today -- the event schedule is very close to being finalized and will be released first to DDE members (by email and snailmail), then to the general public. HTH :)

Wouldn't you know it, my DDE expired in June and I won't renew until October, so I am wondering if the DDE folks will fill it up and that means I will miss out on the POS...

A sort of Viking here -- both DH and I graduated from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN. It's a Lutheran school originally founded by Norwegians (Vikings). We hope to be at the Party for the Senses on the 14th. I believe I've read tickets go on sale on the 31st at 7am. Only problem for us is that's the last day of our Hawaiian cruise. Guess I can stay up until 1 am and start calling WDW and do a Viking sort of raid from Hawaii.
