View Full Version : Can not update profile on DVC site

I have a new email address but the website is not updating my info when I hit submit. I tried to change my home resort as it is not now as when I registered. MS said they couldnt help me. Sent an email on the "contact us" but no word yet. No forward from my old dial up so does that mean no monthly newsletter? Grrrr.... Of all months when I leave THIS month!
How do can update this info?

I don't know how to update the info. Sounds like a glitch somewhere. I'd be happy to forward a copy to you when I get mine, though. Not the same, but better than nothing. Hopefully the "contact us" people will be able to fix it soon. Usually tha takes a day or 2 for a response, though.

We just moved, and both MS and my guide are saying the same thing. I must re-register to the site. This makes me a little nervous. In order to change your email address on dvc's site, you must call MS and have them reset your membership information, and then start the registration process all over again...it's really poopy!!

I had this same problem when I got rid of my aol account. I had to call MS and they had to have me re-register with a new pin code. It was a pain in the butt, but it is straightened out now.
