Closing questions...

It appears we have closed on our last add on. I went to the Orange County Comptroller's website and it is on there and verified. It was closed earlier this month, but I haven't received anything. Shouldn't I get something in the mail? We paid for this in full, didn't finance so I'm wondering if we get the deed or something? Also, I haven't received anything about my dues. (I pay by automatic debit.) I went to the dues link at DVC's website and it shows our new contract, but when I try to click on dues for this add on it keeps saying the page is not available.

Does this sound like something I need to follow up on or is it still early? :scratchch

Thoughts? Anyone else add on recently?

I have never added on, Shan, mostly answering to bump it for others to notice. I feel certain that you will receive the deed. It probably has to filter back to Disney and be forwarded to you.

Does your add-on have 06 points available? If so, I bet you will just have the monthly debit increased; Disney won't let you go too long without paying those $$, right?! ;)

We just bought in March and our closing wasn't until May. We just got our paperwork last week. and the dues were about a month behind in coming out of our account,

We financed and received our deed and title insurance certificate about 6 weeks after closing.

Our closing paperwork had forms indicating amount of memebership fees and monthly payments as well as withdrawal dates, so I imagine it would be the same for your add-on. It did take awhile for the website to catch up with the finances, but the points were available right away (from the time we paid our downpayment).
