Darn! I was hoping our dates (11/4-11/11) would be in this group. Atleast I know they are coming closer :)

Today's release covers part of my next trip. We're flying Philly to New Hampshire on October 27th, New Hampshire to Orlando on the 29th, and returning home to Philly on November 3rd.
As it turns out, the trip to New Hampshire through Southwest is the exact same cost as US Airways. But at least with Southwest, if they reduce the airfare or have a DING I can get a credit.

That's exactly how I feel, Rita. I had an $89 credit from my last flight that I was able to use for my October trip. I look at it as a savings account just for my Disney trip. Though what was cool for this new trip, we are travelling to our condo in Fort myers after WDW, which usually takes around 41/2 to 5 hours to drive, but I was able to book a flight with SW from MCO to RSW for a total of $37.80 which I probably would have spent in gas and it's a 40 minute trip. Cool!

Ditto. I'd have to go to NH and it just isn't worth the trouble.:worried:

It's nice that we have two airports to travel through. I love Midway, though, because it's only 20 minutes away from my house and that's where SouthWest flies out of!!
I can't wait for the Food and Wine Festival!!!!!!!Woohoo!!!:ale: :yummy: :margarita :burp:
And MNSSHP!!!!!!
Woohoo!!!:skull: :maleficen :Pirate: :bouncings

Booked ours today. R/T out of RDU was $200 cheaper than Delta out of GSO.

Well... since they're releasing fall airfares, I guess I would have thought they would have announced the schedule out of Dulles (the new airport SW is about to start flights to/from in the fall) by now. I wonder exactly when the flights will start. It will be awesome not to have to drive to BWI to fly Southwest! Here's hoping we can use them for our December trip.

We actually have the opposite problem. SW is pretty much the only choice we have for a direct flight. We live 10 minutes from our local airport and SW is the only airline that has direct flights to MCO. They kind of have a monopoly on Orlando (and other FL locations). Without SW, we would have to either get connecting flights (not a great option with 2 small kids, car seats, strollers etc) or drive into JFK or LaGuardia which can be a nightmare in itself.
I really wish we had additional options from our own airport. Since they are the only choice, the flights fill-up quickly, sale prices are tough to get if you don't get them right away and some of the flight times are stinky. Delta used to have a direct flight, which was great, until after 9/11 when they cut back.
Thank goodness we can still pre-board b/c of DD being only 2! I don't even want to think about the A, B, C thing yet ;)
