Can someone call their Guide for me?

Unable to talk to our Guide due to state real estate rules... Looking for someone willing to call their guide to ask if they currently have BWV Dec UY in inventory... Making a trip to Orlando later this month, understand the inventory is fluid and what's there now might not be there week after next. Thanks.

I just got off the phone with my guide. He said there are absolutely no points at BWV with a December u/y at present. There are a total of 600 BWV points in inventory, but none for December. Sorry, wish I had better news for you.

He did say they are working to get folks in NE the ability to contact guides directly. They just recently added NV.

You definitly want to go on the waitlist before June 30 if you are an existing member to get the price before the price increase.

We're OK for reservations in the near term, just trying to build my nest egg of points!I heard back from my Guide just now (she is down to part-time at this point, and has a dd with the stomach flu). She concurs that there are no December UY BWV points in inventory at the moment but "some may come in tomorrow, or next week; there's no predicting it" (or something like that). She strongly recommends you talk to your Guide when you are in Florida. She was having to be really careful about what she said, to make sure whe was within the Law, so I actually inquired about a Dec UY add-on for myself, technically, and this allowed us to peer into inventory.

Just to note, she also remarked that DVC was now authorized to do business in Nebraska, but only for SSR. So if you were going to add-on at SSR, you could do that from Nebraska. Otherwise, you will need to wait until you get to Florida, or until you move to Maine. My Guide recommended that you get on the waitlist while in Florida, tho.

Thanks very much for chasing this down... In a way, the "SSR is Okay in NE" information makes my decision harder, not easier! I could do without the temptation!

If BWV is going to be as difficult to get as BCV, this might take some re-thinking.

I was told by our guide (during our trip last month) that once you put a deposit down on the waitlist, you lock in the current prices.

However, we were unable to waitlist. Since the transaction would have to be completed from our home state it would be prohibited.

We want to get on the wait list, but have to wait!
