I like tag fairies. I like tags.

Ohhh.....I want a tag...For some reason they didn't give me one over @ the other board :(

Any and all fairy's that are a part of this site are extremely busy working on top secret missions.... none of which have anything to do with tags....
One's own creative signiture says so much more about a person than a tag ever could.... Express thyself and be free.

No tag envy here...fine without 'em, though I do admit I carried a few elsewhere. But I never could understand what prompted a tag anyway - the strangest things would get picked up! SOme folks who really deserved 'em never got em... didn't make sense. And that whole clap-clap-clap thing got outta control.
Be young... be foolish... be tagless. :fresh:

LOL, my tag on a non-Disney board is "logs on from home, get it?" Maybe that's what I need here too!

LauraBearz...you are just too darn smart (IYKWIM!).
And did I mention RIGHT ON?
We really CAN come up with better tags ourselves than the tag fairies, who are so busy on their secret missionspace that it might be lightyears before they return.
So, other than siggies, which I figured out how to do with Kim's help...how do we tag ourselves?

Sorry, folks, but no tag fairies here.
After lengthy consideration, it seems to me that special TF tags just serve to promote a kind of cliquishness that I really don't want to see as part of our site. You can't have some people get them and others not, without rhyme or reason; it only results in hurt feelings.
So, the only special "user titles" you'll see (as explained in the FAQ) are those for founding members and board guides (a.k.a. moderators). All other user titles are based simply on number of posts achieved.
After a person reaches a certain number of posts (either 7,500 or 10,000; I haven't decided which), however, I will allow her/him to designate a "custom user title," which is, in effect, a custom tag.
As has already been suggested, I'd encourage you to utilize your signatures to demonstrate your uniqueness!! :earboywav

Well, after 4.5 years and 1250+ posts somewhere else, I am proud to remain tag-less!
As someone once said, I prefer to be left alone then be "tagged by some ragged old fairy."
I volunteer to be the Tag Master. I promise to make it interesting.

Just for that, you'll get tagged first.

That's Tag Master, please. I will take no job with the word fairy in the title. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

I already did. LOL. Can we think of a better term than Tag Master? It reminds me too much of a Magret Cho joke that is totally inappropriate for here.

What's even scarier is that Surprise in tehat font is a big part of a scrap book layout I was workingon last night. I don't know if I'll be able to finish it now without going into hysterics! Thanks for the laugh! I may have to save that!

Margaret Cho is awesome!! Eric and I have seen her three (or is it four?) times in concert. But you're right: not appropriate for here!!

Horsefairies...now that's a memorable pix.
Personally, my only gripe w/this board is having to go thru ROFR again.:bugeyed: Once was more than enough.

At least you know the outcome here! And you can pass ROFR in less than 30 days. It's all up to you. :Pokepoke:

I think that is a very well thought out rationale and agree wholeheartedly that tagging promotes cliqueishness.

Yep, I agree, but those little "surprises" in this thread are a hoot, and a lot of fun!!!
