I did my 30 min ab program this afternoon! Which is a good thing cause my best friend and I went to Friday's for lunch and Starbucks for dessert:hammer:
Forgot to report that yesterday I didn't do my abs program, but spent 3 hours doing housework. After that my back hurt so bad I had to lay down.:kitty:

Ran a 5K today. Finished w/ the exact same time as last 5K. LOL how weird is that? 29:31. But with stretching and warm-ups guess I made the 30 minute time :).

Instead of working out yesterday, I made peanut butter cookies to take to DMIL and DFIL's house:goodvibes
Today, I worked out for 40 minutes before church; I hope I get some more in later today:fingerscr
Happy Sunday:blueflowe
1 hr 3 min run (6 miles). I realize this should probably go in June, but I don't see it yet, and at my age, I'll forget later!!!!!:ROTFL:

I am sure Carrie won't mind and I will surely forget as well:p
I put in an hour, shaved another minute off my slow little mile:shhh: but I'll take it! I did all my PT again too; they keep making it harder and longer...

It is kind of weird. I'll be rockin' along for several days with very little pain and then, suddenly the knee will hurt more and be more swollen and inflamed than it was before. It is probably normal but I always wonder how the Lupus affects it? Today this happened after I took a rest day Saturday and then did an abbreviated workout on Sunday. I don't think it is stiffness either.
Overall, though, I feel like I am making good progress. I can sit crosslegged on the floor with just slight discomfort. When I can squat all the way down to where I am sitting on my calves and balancing, I will feel that I have really made it :blueflowe
Thank you for asking, Amy :solikeiwa

I put in an hour today. Took a break from all those knee exercises - did 30 mins on the recumbent and then did arms and abs and lower back for a change of pace:teleport:

I had an *awesome* skate last night. An hour and a half of ice skating (which I found out later is something crazy, like 600 calories burned, but it doesn't feel as strenuous as elliptical or run/walking).
Anyway, I've *really* improved. I pretty much learned crossovers last night, and I know a second way to stop now, and I can stop really quickly... more quickly than my Michigan-born husband! And I just overall am starting to feel pretty comfortable on the ice. I may go on and take Adult II next session!

O.K., I have been really, really slack since coming back from vacation, but I had to get my son off for his trip and then had to get hubby out of town to take a 4 day class and I am going to join him at the beach tonight until SAturday. Next week I am getting back on track. Honest. Might work out at thoe hotel tomorrow if there is rain, but any rate will get lots of walking on the beach. Don't feel I can count that though, it's not the same to be looking for seashells as it is kicking it up a notch at the mall. I think this little mini-vacation from working out has been a good thing. I lost 2 lbs at WDW and lost 2 more since coming home. :woohoodan
