Wild By Design?

Has anyone ever taken the Wild by Design tour @ AK?
My past travel companions don't like AK as much as I do, so they never had any interest in it, but I plan on taking this on my solo trip. Just Disney dreaming and thinking (too far lol) ahead.

I've done the Backstage Safari which was incredible.

I haven't yet taken the "Wild by Design" tour. Last time I checked, it was only offered on Thursday and Friday, which hasn't worked for my schedule (last few times, Friday was check out day). However, I did do "Backstage Safari" in November, solo, and I loved it. It was offered on Monday and also Wednesday, I think. Now I say I loved it, but you should know, I love anything related to Animal Kingdom. So going to the animal houses, seeing where the animal food was prepared, going on a private safari ride, all that was fascinating to me. I hope I can work it out to do "Wild By Design" someday.

We too did Backstage Safari and enjoyed it, and on DD's graduation trip, I think we're planning Lunch with a Disney Animal Specialist at Jiko. It's on Tuesdays, $65 for lunch and wine pairing for $15.
