Where to purchase DVC direct from DVD?

Forgive me if this is posted elsewhere but I ahve not been able to locate the info.

Turns out that I cannot do an add-on via phone as my state is only registered for SSR :headbange

If one wants to purchase a NEW or ADDON contract directly with DVD as opposed to resale, can this be done at any DVC location ie HHI? can it be done at DL as there are now DVC booths (and I assume a DVC sales centre) on property?

(I consider Germany my second home. I spent a year outside of Cologne as a 15 year-old exchange student, living with a German host family and attending a Gymnasium. It changed my life and my outlook on the world!)

I did learn last week that there are 41 DVC owners in all of Germany.... I thought that it was interesting trivia!

I just returned from HHI but didn't have anyone approach me about adding on so I'm not sure if you could add while you were there or not. I think you can easily do so in CA. I sold a guide's points for her before she moved out there for the opening of the sales team and she gave me the impression it would be a complete sales center.

Thanks for the info, Shontell! Because my travels take me all over, I would like to know that I can do an add on if the urge is strong, without having to go to WDW.... (of course, I still browse the resale info too, just in case!)
