Ok, my mom has gone home (thank goodness), so I wanted to bank my points that I got for Oct 05 UY (I waited in case her alergies kicked up & I would need to get her a room instead of have her stay in my apt).
Do I just call Member Services and give them my contract number & tell them to bank the points? I see they close at 5:30 every day but today, so I was going to call them tonight.
I purchased on 3/15, and received my membership site "pin" in the mail on Monday. I went to register, but it asks for a "club id" and says that this is on my closing papers. I haven't closed yet, so I guess I can't access the site?
Thanks for the help guys. I am having a really bad week. :Pinkflami

Banking is easy - just call MS and tell them you want to bank your points
Remember banking is a final transaction and banked points cannot be borrowed back!
We bank and borrow all the time

To be honest, it might be easier if you called your guide to help you out with this, since you don't yet have your membership #. Guides and pretty good about helping out with things like this!!

Since I live here, my only plans for vacation this year are a trip to DL; I only have 100 points, so that would not make a dent there. :)
Thanks, Deep-Thots, I will give that a try. I should have posted this earlier in the week - my guide's late night was last night!
Thanks!

As long as you are "contract approved," you should be able to get into the website. You can call member services and they'll connect you to the tech support people who will walk you through the registration. It's actually not as cut and dried as you might think. I never did get anything in the mail regarding PIN, but the tech support folk got me in well before my official closing. It's a useful website.

I was anxious to get into the member's website, so I called Member Services as soon as I could and they told me how to log in. I actually had received my PIN in the mail, but never received my temporary ID to create an account.

I was able to get someone from Member Services to bank my points, and give me the club id # that will help me register on the memeber site.
Ghost1000, I tried calling you last night but your line was busy. :kitty:
I have been thinking about adopting a couple of buddies.....
