Hi All,
I got in two workout this weekend, the weather was absoluty great and I took advantage of our trampoline. Boy were my legs hurting after about 10 minutes on the thing. The kids (6 of them) think it funny to see me jumping around on it. So naturally I had to follow up with bouncing them around. I also got in 3.5 miles each day.
Today, nothing so far, as we are having storms here. But tomorrow, I'll be working at the gym so I'll get in some exercise time in there while listening to my pod cast of Lou Mongello...
I hope everyone had a great weekend

It breaks my rule a bit, but it's the last week, so what the heck. ;)
Week 4 Challenge
Challenge of the week is to get in an extra work out. This is what would eb needed to get us CMs back on the island. Tought it'd be nice to get there in theory, even though we'll start over next week.

FYI - My life has been nnuts lastely and I have not exactly been a great leader. You have all helped keep me motivated, though. I was supposed to do 6 miles this wekend, but dh nixed it. (really) Our initial plan was to do our Saturday runs on Monday if we missed tehm. Going more than 50 minutes during the week does not usually happen. A big part of my gettin git doen yesterday, even without dh, its that I wanted to come back here and show that I did it. Thansk everyone! Let's kick some tail this last week!

Seriously... a week or so ago, I thought about claiming my thorough vaccuuming of the townhouse as a workout... it took *forever*, and I was so tired! Did both sets of stairs, moved furniture, and everything. But I didn't because I didn't need it for my three.

Wednesday, walked for 3 miles,
Thursday, walked for 3 miles
Challange On Thursday, did another workout at the gym.
Friday- Walked for 3 miles.
Oh Does pushing the lawn mower count for anything...other than me feeling sorry for DH that we don't have a ride on lawnmower, and he works all day, and the lawn needs to be mowed, so the Catholic quilt kicks in and I walked behind the push mower for 30 minute segments.... Ok well even if it doesn't the lawn is getting mowed slowly but surely.

Today, 2.78 mi running and finished up walking for a total of 40 min. Tough morning run as I pulled a hamstring last night. I had to chase down a guy who hit our car in a restaurant parking lot...had to chase him on foot (sandals!) on a shell driveway almost 1/4 mi to get the license number, 'cause he wouldn't stop. :tsktsk:
I did get it, and the cops nabbed him. Then, we finally got to go in and eat. Sitting in one position after that kind of sprint/pull wasn't the greatest idea ever, but I was hungry!
