Well, our paperwork is on its way to Disney for ROFR. :clappingh So now the wait begins. I have everything crossed I can that this deal goes thru. :fingerscr

Sure. We are buying 200 points for Boardwalk Villas from the Timeshare Store. Cost was $85 pp. I'm very excited about the whole thing. :jumpingbe We looked at DVC 6 years ago but couldn't swing it.

Thats all the details I have at the moment.

I think you'll probably have good luck on this, since it seems as if (1) BW points have been in abundance lately, with DVC even letting owners know that points are available for add-ons, and (2) they've been allowing larger point contracts to go through at even smaller costs per point than $85.

I'd really be shocked if you didn't pass. Still, sending lots of :dust your way!!!

If you don't hear from DVC within a week or so, talk to your seller. I had Disney exercise its right on a contract recently. (Seller in Foreclosure) They did not notify me. They only notified the seller. I'm sure you have no problems, with all the Pixie Dust your mouseowner Buddies have sent. Just a word of warning.

Congratulations Neighbor. We pseed ROFR about a week and half ago for Boardwalk. I hear that Disney is up to two weeks behind before the closing company can even finalize the contract so that it can be recorded.
