We became DVC owners last August thru resale. So far I'm the only person who's been making reservations.
We added on this month directly from Disney. All the paperwork arrived, we signed it and sent it back. My husband happened to notice this weekend that DVC has his social security number wrong. In fact, the mistake is in the last four digits.
It's probably been wrong since the beginning, but since I've been the one making reservations it hasn't been an issue. But we'd obviously like to get this corrected. Who at member services should I talk with? I called my guide and left a message earlier today, but he hasn't gotten back to me yet.
And is the SS# used for anything more than verification when you make a reservation? Is it important for any tax-related matters? It doesn't appear on any of our paperwork from our original purchase thru TSS, so we weren't aware of it before now, so I'm hoping it's only used by Disney for verification when you call Member Services.
