As you all know, I am moving quite soon!
It's about that time to change address. You never realize how many places you have to change your address with until you sit down to do it. Wow. Lots of phone calls and websites.
Anyway, I know I'll need to change my address w/DVC. How?
Just called MS #? What dept. do I need? Do I need more than one dept.?
TIA!:flowerfor

I don't know who you'd call at MS, but I assume you had no problem getting your junk mail address change done. If you did, you can send your new addy to : Bug Your Butt @ 1313 Bendover Place, Annoyance,Il.

Yes - call MS,,,, and then call them again,,,,,,, and then about a week later, call them again. We've moved 3 times since joining and every time we have a heck of a time with them actually changing the address. Also - I would have them transfer you down to Member Accounting and change it with them as well. It's supposed to go through to both places...... yeah, right.:p

Yup, thanks, I did!
They said no prob, all set and they'd call accounting and let them know. Let's hope this is all true!

Oh yes, I totally agree with this one! I called numerous times, and even had a MS rep lecture me that my address was not correct in their system ... sigh....

My DVC mail made it to the right place, but when I called for reservations the address was still wrong.... so sounds like accounting and marketing got my change, but there must be a seperate area for your reservation profile?

Good luck!!!

I called MS and also sent an Email message with the same information. That seemed to do the trick.

Well, this past weekend I found a FOURTH area which needs to be updated with address info *sigh*

But I am sure that now they have it updated in all areas for me!

Wow, what a hassle. Good thing I am never ever going to move. ( :fingerscr ) Now that we've wheelchair equipped the hous e for DS (now 8), we're just going to change the house a little here and there when needed. I can't imagine moving to another state, much less another house. So unless our jobs disappear (heaven forbid!), we're right here for as long as I can imagine.

Well, unless I win the lottery...

Sounds like the same MS rep that I had. She told me my correct address was in Colorado! not NY where I've lived my entire life. She wanted to know why I hadn't noticed my DVC mailings were going to Colorodo :headscrat

I called MS to make ressies on Monday and to confirm they had my address change and they did not, so it is a good thing I checked.
Also, their different depts do not ''talk'' to each other because I also needed to speak to accounting and they had my old address as well.

I'd try calling my guide and giving him or her your new address. He or she may be able to contact the different departments and give your address to them.

I am planning on doing that, cause my confirmations have come directly to the new address, but I received the latest incentive ad w/my guides name on it and it had been forwarded from the old address. I hadn't thought of calling her, too, but I guess I will.
