Yankee Candle scents- remind you of "Home"?

I am having one of those 'feel like posting" days today- :) I just lit Autumn Lodge and it just took me back to the lobby at Wilderness Lodge- Drats though its been retired so I have to use it sparingly! Just when I need a VWL fix- another scent that sends me to WDW is Pink Carnation (again...retired-) reminds me of the Flower and Garden Festival last May-

Any favorite scents that you associate with your home resort or WDW in general?

I never thought of Yankee Candle that way. I prefer spicy smells, and some of the water fragrances (like Ocean Breeze), some fruit smells (the tropical ones), cookie smells (Chocolate Chip and Christmas Cookie), and a few random other scents (Fireside, Witch's Brew).

I'll have to go through my collection and see if any remind me of Disney. I guess Fireside (also discontinued) has a good chance of either Wilderness Lodge or Kali River Rapids.

What Yankee Candle needs to do is create a smell like the waffles being baked at the Ice Cream Parlor or the smell that wafts out of the bakery.

My dd would always laugh at me when we got off the plane in Orlando. I would take a deep breath and she would tell me that if Yankee Candle invented a "Muggy Airport" scent I would be all over that one- :hahahaha:

Now I need a Yankee Candle fix! LOL!!

Yankee Candle actually does have a scent named Saratoga...its really nice! :)

OMG...I thought I was the only one who loved that smell! :jumpingbe DS caught me last time taking a deep breath as we got off the plane and asked if I was ok. I told him "I am now!"

It's not a Yankee Candle scent, but the box my Lancome pressed powder comes in smells like the room where everything is white in the original Imagination ride! Nobody has any idea what I am talking about when I mention that LOL As soon as I get a new box, I just close my eyes and take the aroma in...my DH thinks I've lost it!

Drats! I looked thru my Yankee Candle stash of votives to see if I had any left and of course I didn't- :( I was going to send them to you- I will check with my local YC:coolcar: to see if they have any left- :) Sometimes the retail stores have them when they are listed as sold out or discontinued on the site-
