Details are sketchy, but we are receiving reports that members who have booked concerge level rooms at AKV for October 2008 are being relocated to other properties through the DVC system. This is apparently due to construction on the exterior of the concierge units, though confirmation of this is still needed.
It appears that members are being relocated either to SSR or to BWV. If at BWV, they might be receiving concierge privileges there. The point differentials between AKV and the new location are apparently being refunded.
If you have an AKV concierge room booked for October 2008 and have not heard from Member Services, you might wish to check on the status of your reservation.
