We will be down end of Aug and planning on doing a water park. Does anyone know if they have any restrictions on watershoes for the pools or slides? really dont like doing a lot of walking in bare feet so thinking of getting a good set of watershoes.

Restrictions are you kidding? You will burn your feet off without them! I know because I forgot mine in my bag last month and to fork out money to the one's they sell there. They probably make alot of money off their water shoes! Have fun! The water parks are a must for this time of year I think!

My Crocs were excellent in the water. On some slides they asked me to take them off and I could loop he back straps around my wrists. Make sure whatever you choose does not have (much) metal on iit.

I have tender feet and they go raw after 1 hour. I never had a problem wearing water shoes or sandles. I do take them off for some slides and put them on at the end.

Thanks to all for the info and advice. I will look for a good pair of watershoes with little of no metal but a good sturdy sole.
thanks to all.
and yes my feet hurt after an hour also, never had that problem when I was younger, figure its weight and age related. :innocent:
