Permits have been filed to install glasswashers at all 5 sections at SSR on July 1.

See permit for Paddock below. There is one for each of the other sections.

I don't know status of OKW

This should not be that hard to install so project should be finished with in a month or so.

W00t!!

I suppose it would be too much to ask for Mickey mugs instead of standard brown mugs? At least they could go with sophisticated black . . .

Anyone think we could start a duvet campaign with hope of success? Bavaria? Leftcoaster?

If they put Mickey mugs in the rooms, you'll find them on e-bay the next day.

Black or Brown mugs would hide the stains ..... :holymoly:

how did you find it?

OKW - would be DVC - the originally name.

Its not nearly as exciting as deep croaker

I keep an eye on a few other disney web sites that concentrate on WDW park rides and they search the permits daily and post what they find, looking for hints on new rides and other items. It seems a little silly but Disney must file a permit for everything, even to install one electrical outlet if it is being done by an outside firm.

That sounds like a "magical" site for WDW fans. ;)

This is good - Styrofoam cups reek of cheapness.

I've long felt that Disney should include some type of Disney china/plastic/glassware in the DVC units. I'd be ok with the melamine type plasticware if it were in Disney character. Sure, people would take it BUT other timeshares charge you for missing or broken kitchen items and Disney could do the same. I bought my own Mickeyware that resides in my Owners Locker...but this would be such a nice touch and at no extra cost since any missing items could be charged to the credit card on file for the stay. And while they are at it, it wouldn't hurt to include 2 wine glasses in the studio..I'm content to bring my own :margarita:margarita.

I doubt Disney will listen to us about the duvets...tho they should of course! Too much initial investment. If you have an owner's locker, I suggest you purchase a duvet of your liking (disney shopping used to have big Mickey ones on sale for @ $50) and store it in your OL. I just grab the extra sheet and sandwich the blanket in between it and the top sheet on both the bed and the sofabed in the studio. Then I stash the yucky bedspread!

Yippee! I never thought I would get so excited about glassware (that didn't contain a margarita in it!)!!

I was at Saratoga July 3-6 and had styrofoam. I prefer the styrofoam, actually - I'd rather have that than real mugs & glasses in a studio.
