not that they would or even might, but it's interesting that with Steve Jobs as major shareholder and Disney being undervalued, Apple could buy Disney. see

i don't know, however, how this would fit into Apple's plans. i (and some others) believe Apple is planning an assault upon Microsoft's hegemony of the computer marketplace, using their new alliance with Intel to presumably run Windows programs on Macintosh platforms.
sure, Apple would get a huge content provider. but it makes as much sense for Intel to buy Disney, IMO, or for Apple, Intel, and Disney to merge.
