Offer placed for SSR!

Hey MO's

After much searching (both soul and internet) I submitted an offer for a 160 pt SSR contract through a resale route. We considered purchasing direct from Dis but going resale saves us about $2k, which I think is worth the aggravation of ROFR, etc. Frankly I'd be surprised if our offer makes it past ROFR, but if it does I'd be mighty happy, and if not, well, I can always try again! Stay tuned...

Hockessin is very nice. My firm did the design work on the new athletic center that opened last summer.
