My DH and I are only three months away from vacation, and I'm still debating:confused: on whether or not to put out the extra money for a Waterparks, Fun and More addition to our Park Hopper pass. We will be spending roughly four and a half days at Disney, and keep debating back and forth as to whether or not it is worth it to have the extras, and to whether or not we will have time to enjoy them. This is not our first trip to WDW, and it is just the two of us. Also, if we did this we would probably go through an outside source (but a licensed one at that) to purchase discounted tickets. Any thoughts on this:sherlock:? Let me know what you think!

We always do the waterparks ( even if it's just a few hours mid-day break).
For that bit of a time I would not add them and if you decide you have time to go then just get a 1 day pass and go. Remember if you get your discounted tickets and decide once there, you can add the W&M option as well.

We like the water parks, but we have a hard time fitting them in over 7 days!
4 1/2 days, I think, would feel rushed. Would the cost of the extra options be worth it - or, if you decide to go at the last minute, would a single entry ticket to a water park be more cost effective?
Over 4 1/2 days, I think we would be hard pressed to hit all 4 parks . . .

I agree. You could always buy a one-day water park ticket if you find you do have time and want to go.

We go for 5 nights usually and barely have time for al the parks. I wouldn't put the extra on the tickets - I'm with Dirk as well. Buy it there if you have time.

On our 3 1/2 day just the 2 of us trip, we planned a W/P visit, but it was raining that morning so we never made it.
I agree with everyone else, while we love the water parks, it is hard to fit in a visit on a short trip.
You might want to plan a visit to Adventurers Club though, that might justify the & More addition to your tickets.

I think it would be a stretch to think you could fit them in....just not enough time. Time goes so quickly on vacation - especially at WDW!!! :( Maybe save the parks for another trip. The water parks are not cheap and you want to have some time to enjoy whichever one you choose.
With kids, we will spend an entire day at the waterparks and skip the other parks. We love both of them.
But, on those days we do miss the other parks!
You'll go back another time, no sense in feeling like you need to do it all now.
The other option for tickets is to buy seven- or even ten-day, non-expiring hoppers with the water park options. With those you get up to six water park days that neve expire, so if you skip them this trip, save the passes for your next trip, or even the one after that. This way you also lock in your tickets at today's prices.

We took my sister down with us for a week.
She insisted on doing the water park. DH did not go with us.
We got there when it opened and drug ourselves away at 4PM.
We were exhausted and drained. But we had a blast.
Did I miss going to the four parks that day?
Yes.
Was it worth it to go to the Water Park with my sister?
YES
We waited and bought our ticket that morning at the Resort.
Did we get to see everything we wanted to in the week we were there?
No.
Could we have seen everything we wanted if we had not gone to the WP that day?
Doubt it.
I would wait and get the ticket there, if you end up deciding to go.

Thank you all for the feedback. I am thinking I'll play it safe, and if we really have a desire to go to a waterpark, we'll buy one day tickets. Thanks again for the good suggestions:clappingh!!!!
