Wow, what a great site! I am an "old hand" at DVC, having joined in 1992. We absolutely love it! We have stayed at BWV, BCV and SSR in addition to our beloved home resort of OKW. Next year we hope to get to Hilton Head. Our next trip is in 8 days and we are soooooo excited!! There's nothing like WDW & DVC!:lovestruc

I am happy to have found this site. I am looking forward to learning and maybe assisting a few DVC newbies.

I have a question and i don't know how to start a thread. Sorry to put it here. First could someone tell me how to start a question and then could someone who bought the extension of time on OKW tell me if they have received the "free gifts" we were told we would get--some kind of a lighthouse and something else--it has been so long I don't remember what it was. I extended in Jan. and called my dvc person twice when I did not receive it. In April she told me if I didn't receive it by the end of June to call back. I know it is only the middle of June but I think I should have heard something by now. Mary

Good Morning Mary!

At the top of the page find 'FORUMS' (in the top purple bar, printed in white, near left-center) and click on it.

Scroll down the list of available forums, and choose the one you want (Purchasing DVC in this case)

Select it by clicking on it. When it opens, near the top (but several lines down) you will see a NEW TOPIC button. Click on that and there ya go!

thank you. I have no clue how to do these things. I look at the artisitic little add-ons people have and I don't even know how to put pictures of the resorts I have bought in to. I am feeling more comfortable typing on this though, considering I learned how to type on a manual! Mary
