Currently, they're only offering this for new members (randomly chosen), so that they can be made aware of what their memberships have to offer, and how they can make the most of them.

Most of the updates will be about new attractions, etc.

They're NOT going to be making any exciting DVC announcements or incentives.

You have to be invited. They're doing one every month. At some point in the future, they may open it up to existing/old members, but not right now.

I was told all of this information tonight while at Woodfield Mall.
