After seeing recent construction photos of the BLT and after "hearing" that sales may start in July of this year, what is anyone's best guess as to when the BLT might be available for occupancy?

well the originally information hinted at 2010 - might be next year - but won't count on any early. the deed was quiting in 2060.

I believe their December 07 SEC disclosures pointed at September of 2009.
