On the Florida comptroller web site has a posting of a notice of commencement for the DVC kiosk on the 4th floor of the contemporary resort filed on 5/29/08. It would seem to reason if you are about to sell a new product you would want to spiff up your selling storefront. How much longer are they going to wait.
