Hi!!! I've been lurking for a bit trying to get some answers to my questions. I'll have to post the big questions later. We currently own 150 pts at SSR and are looking to add more soon. We've been owners since August 2005. I'll share my "why we bought" story another time.

Hi! Actually, we enjoyed WDW waaay before the running bug bit. However our purchase decision came during a stay at BCV (an free upgrade from the regular BC room) for my DH's first marathon. We had taken the tour years before, pre-kids and pre-any decent income, mostly to see what it was about and they were giving a free lunch at ESPN Club. This was when they were selling BWV I think. Anyway, we talked about it for years, then got married, had kids, moved a bit (military), got stationed at home again, went to WDW (FL APs) a lot, DH got into the marathon thing, and here we are. You are right about the name though. Running at Disney as much as we can is a lot easier if you know your room is "taken care of" ahead of time. We both did this year's marathon and I just did the Minnie. We have 2 WDW races planned so far for next year.

Yes, still AD. With no less than 7 years to go! Probably more like 17 if I know my DH. AF just like you. We're in Spain now. Don't rush to get here. Where we are isn't all that great, especially if you have kids, especially if they're HS kids.
