Ok so we arrived at OKW. :doublejum

I posted another thread regarding ordering Mum some Disney flowers to be waiting for us in our room. Glad I didn't order cos when we check our room we needed to change it.

We requested a room on block 54 or 55 we got a 2 bed in block 54 but the views were of palms and trees against all the windows! The room was so dark.

Anyhow we are now in another area at OKW over looking the waterway..very nice and a great view.

Will report back in a few days...gotta go...All aboard the bus for MK...:thumbsup:

Ok will try and figure out how to attach the balcony pic..not used to using our laptop...! :headbange

The view is fantastic and its quite...only downer (that Mum likes to have) is sun on the balcony. We get the sun only at 8am for about an hour. Mum likes to just sit and read on the balcony in the sun.

Will post the pic on the other thread later.

suziebabe, Yes, some of the vegetation has gotten quite "lush" in the past several years at OKW. While I was there last week, I did notice a lot of pruning going on in the Old Turtle Pond area. I am hoping they will continue onto Southpoint with the project.

Yeah nono yesterday they we doing the palms on the main road near the cross road entrance near hospitality house. Think they need to start at the back of each villa instead though!
