OKW extension?

Hi all

Post #2 here. We sent in a deposit for resale at OKW and are waiting ROFR. I am curious - if and when we become owners will we have the option of extending to 2057? Does anyone know what this may cost?

Hi Bev:

This has not been officially answered. But I believe, you could extend at the $25.00pp price not the $15.00pp offer that expired 02/21/2008. If that is true, it may be cheaper to buy OKW (already extended) directly from DVD......

Greetings and Salutations, o new MO member.

Avoid the OKW extension like the plague. Think about it, for less than $15 ppt, you could have gotten either BWV, VWL, or even SSR!!

SSR has the extension built in (well almost, but who cares about 3 less years) and BWV or VWL are much more desireable then OKW.
