Here's my question, I was told that once you buy your points we are locked in to the points for the year you buy into? We bought 2/08 at SSR studio, for Adventure week it is 95 points. Do we always get it for those points? (in 2015 when its prob 150, I still get it for 95?) thats my question. Or did I totally misunderstand.

No. It doesn't matter what year or month you bought DVC. The same point charts apply to everyone. When you want to make a reservation, check the DVC point chart under the year your reservation will be in, the season it will fall into, and then look across for the accomodation.

The points requried to reserve a studio for a week at SSR during Adventure Seasson could change (but it is unlikely).
What your paperwork guarantees (I'm paraphrasing) is that DVC cannot change the total number of points that it would take to reserve every night of all the rooms in the resort for the entire year.
So if the points for a night in a studio during Adventrue season increased, then DVC would have to decrease something else so that the total change is zero.
DVC has only reallocated points once since the Vacation Club began and that was early on for OKW. It's unlikely that they will do it again unless demand gets way out of whack. So the charts you have now, will be pretty much the same for all the remaining years of your membership. (The dates for Thanksgiving and Easter change every year, so the charts are adjusted to match, but the points to reserve the week of Thanksgiving and the weeks surrounding Easter stay the same, even though the dates change).
The stable point requirements are part of the value of DVC. The only thing that will go up is the annual dues. :)
