I am getting back OP today, Lord help me, my fat jeans don't even fit anymore.:bagovermy
Just wondering who else is WW members. I am not joining again, waiting to see how committed I am (literally maybe haha) before I shell out the $$$.
Didn't know if anyone can offer any advice. I remember my points target, and drink 8 glasses, the servings of fruit & veggies, I guess I am just looking for a little encouragement.

Rozzie, I know nothing about weight watchers, but I just wanted to say, you go, girl!
After I had my babies, I always did the method of just making sure that I never ate unless I was actually hungry, and then cutting everything in half. I ate half and waited 5 minutes. If I was still hungry I ate the other half. If not, I didn't. I was always really surprised how little food I actually needed to not be hungry, and the weight came off fairly easily, as in not too much trauma to me. It's not the fastest method, but it's a good lifestyle one because nothing's extreme.
So, general pixie dust and encouragement! I think I'm going to start another weight loss thread because I found the last one helpful. Not right now, though - we're heading to the pool!

OK, not ww, but encouragement I can do!
I know wher eyou are Rozzie. I'm only shy of my lifetime high by a few pounds. I'm trying hard again, though. (Oh wait, that's empathy, let's try fo rencouragement.)
Go Rozzie Go! :cheerlead
Let em know if you want an accountability buddy or someone to vent about how frustrating it is!
Sounds like you need to start training for a 1/2 marathon. :fresh:

I was wondering if WW was Weight Watchers. For me, I just need to make a committment to SOMETHING and make it work. It isn't about programs or other things, but a general lack of motivation. (read - I am one lazy girlie at times...and just pooped other times)
Good luck with your WW Rozzie! I am pretty sure that is how Athenna met her WW goals!!! If she doesn't see this thread, then PM her and I know she would be a good "motivational" buddy!!!

I am new to this website and am looking for advice on eating at the park on the Core program. And to throw another wrench into the mix, I am a vegetarian! I do eat fish though. I have been going to WW for 5 weeeks and have lost 17 pounds. I still have 40 to go to get back to my "golden years" weight. I tried last year to eat healthy at the park and ended up starving and then bingeing. That is not an option this year.
I am staying at POR and will be going to MK, Epcot and MGM. Any suggestions would be great. Most of our meals will be counter-service.

yes- I am ww! I do flex plan. I am getting back into counting points because I gained over the summer. I lost 25 pounds on WW last year- I threw out all my old "big" jeans. Now that I have gained weight my new jeans are tight- and so help me- I am not buying any bigger pants.

I'm not WW but I'm right there with you. Maxed out and must go down. I've been walking two miles and watching what I eat. It's like a yoyo unfortunately. Mindset is there....need to work a little harder. DW is pushing for less of me for our January trip so let's do it together!

Hey MKM! OK- I think I will put a weight ticker up tonight- I think it keeps me accountable at least somewhat.
