I am a new member here. I was/am part of another Disney community (same username) for years but I REALLY don't like some of the things that are happening over there lately! :idontgeti It used to be my "Happy Place" where I would escape for a few minutes during the day but now I'm just worn out with it. Drama is not my style and, quite frankly, I can just do without it.

But enough about that. . . . :D

I've been married to my DH for almost 11 years. We have no children (we tried for a long time but it just didn't happen for us) but we do have a very spoiled dog and a brat cat.

We're DVC Vero owners since 2002 but we've never been to Vero.

I look forward to sharing my Disney obsession with other like minded people.

Welcome to the boards, I am fairly new here myself but I find the people here to be great and full of wonderful information. BTW, I cant believe you haven't stayed at Vero, it is one of my favorite place to visit. You should take the opportunity when you can to visit Vero for a nice place to relax and enjoy a beautiful ocean view. Again welcome, and enjoy.

My favorite Disney resort? Hhhhm, let's see, we've stayed at
Wilderness Lodge (Pre-DVC, just a resort guest)
Animal Kingdom
OKW
All Star Movies
Pop Century
Saratoga Springs
and Hilton Head

After looking at the list, I'd have to say Wilderness Lodge.
But, I would LOVE to try BWV and Beach Club. Problem is, we're frugal with our points and try to get the most bang for our buck. We end up going back to OKW over and over again because it's the cheapest points. However, doesn't look like we'll be getting to go this year :tearsaref so we'll be banking our points. This could mean a BWV trip for me next year with the extra points!! :clappingh

Wilderness lodge is our favorite as well. Splitting our stay this summer to try out beach club. I'll let you know how it measures up. After our stay there it may be a toss up! Looks like yall have really made the rounds with the properties! Good for You!
