Hi all it's the prodigal mama!

I've been M.I.A. for a while. My event planning business is really taking off and I have all that I can do to keep up with it lately, so I haven't hung out here in a while. It's weird when you have been a stay at home mom for over 8 years to actually be working again and I think I have become a little obsessive compulsive about it but it feels great! I told my husband that I miss my mouseowners friends and I will have to find a way not to work obsessively at night so that I can hang out some.

We have a trip scheduled for March 19th. I also have an inconvenient visitor due on that same day (ladies, IYKWIM) but goodness knows I am looking forward to that trip and nothing is going to stop the good times from rolling!

Airline tickets were so high from Chicago to Orlando on the week of the 25th that we wound up scheduling for the week of the 19th and actually saved a thousand smackaroos! Of course it isn't really saved, we'll just buy more souvenirs and eat more mickeybars and dole whips.

It's amazing how much airfare can vary in such a short span of time. We've had that happen a few times too.

Hey friends!

I missed you all so much. I specifically specialize in girls parties of all kinds. I've secured a nice contract with my local park district as their party planner. It's so much fun and it's extremely girly but there's always a lot of planning involved because given my background, I tend to be a little elablorate with the themes that I offer. I plan to be in my own location in about 2 years but for now this is an excellent start.

I'm just going to carve out some time here and there to come here and hang out with you guys because it makes me feel so happy and it's good for my soul!
