Pool Hopping and parking?

Can DVC Members hop to any pool? I would like to take my kids to the Poly to swim, but didn't know if I could hop to that pool. Also, if I park at the Poly for swimming, I could use my AP for free valet parking, but is there a time limit as to how long I can be parked there (thus limiting our pool time)?

When we used our free valet parking AP perk we were told by the attendant there was no time limit. We went to Ohana's and ate dinner then rode the monorail to MK for a few hours with no problems at all. If I remember correctly there is no time stamp on the valet ticket just the date.

I am under the impression that we can only pool hop to other DVC pools except for AKV and Stormalong Bay... can anyone confirm?

Sorry - is that YUP, we can hop to any pool, or YUP to PP who said only DVC resorts except SAB and AK (which I knew those were not allowed, but thanks).

Yes at any DVC resorts except SAB and AK and as long as not at capacity.

I got this off of the DVC member website.

"You and any Guests staying with you at Disney's Old Key West Resort, Disney's BoardWalk Villas, The Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, Disney's Beach Club Villas or Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa are permitted to use other Disney Vacation Club and Walt Disney World Resort hotel pools (in addition to the pool at the Resort hotel at which you're staying) if they are not at capacity. "

So you can go to any resort pool except AKV & BCV.

Last June we went to the Poly to swim and it was really fun.
We plan on swimming their again on our next trip.

Here's more of the quote from the Member Website:

If the pool you are visiting reaches capacity, you may be asked to leave in order to accommodate Guests of that Resort hotel. Please check with a Host/Hostess at the Front Desk of the Resort hotel you wish to visit to find out about pool-access availability. You must present your current "Key to the World" card with your Disney Vacation Club "Member" designation on it to use other Resort hotel pools. Pool hopping is not available at Uzima Pool at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge and Stormalong Bay at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts or at the leisure pools of these two Resort hotels. There are no exceptions to this policy.
