Hello all,
I am new to this site but am happy to say that the documents are signed and sent in as of yesterday. So what next?
My wife and I have been checking out the member site so that has been fun. We bought at AKV and are now thinking of how we are going to use our developer points before May of next year. We are probably going to split them between a long weekend at SSR for our 10 year anniversary in Oct. and a trip to Hawaii in Jan or Feb through II. Speaking of which, how has everyones experiences been with II, specifically trading for Hawaii. Is it relatively easy or can there be some difficulties I should be aware of? Either way, we took the DVC tour 2 weeks ago while staying at the POLY and my wife (who is the more sensible/responsible voice of reason) was really gung-ho about DVC since we left so I know the timing was finally right.
We also love our guide Lisa-she totally rocks! Calls you back and everything:clappingh. She is so helpful and such a delight. So maybe I should call her and ask her what's next in the process. But I thought I would just say hello to you all and share my excitement! Thanks for reading,
Henry

Welcome Home!

What happens next it that you'll book a stay then start to plot ways to GET MORE POINTS. It's an addiction! You can never have too many DVC points - except when the annual dues bill comes in!

You'll be getting your membership cards shortly. Once you have a member number you can visit dvcmember.com.

Another cool program can be found at Caskbill.com is the DVC planner. I use it ALL of the time.

Welcome Home! :clappingh

I believe you can call Disney (Members Services) and they can give you by phone your member number and other info so you can log in the the DVC Members Only Website. They have a walk-thru Website Department that assists. We called asked if we were in the system, after they verify that you are you, then they transfer you for the one time log in into the DVC members only website. Let us know if it worked!
I also agree with the previous post: Points and DVC is Addicting!!!! :burp:
