We are arriving a day before the rest of our family. For the first day, we are staying at Wilderness Lodge, before switching to BCV for a week in a two bedroom with brother, sister and niece. I understand the bell services will take care of moving our bags between the resorts, which is great.
My questions concern actually checking in for the second resort.
Can I check in for BCV from the lobby at Wilderness? Or do I need to be at BCV?
If I can't check in from VWL, can my brother's group check in at BCV without us, the DVC members on the reservation, being present?
As they are driving in, their time of arrival is very much up in the air, but likely to be early afternoon. We plan on being at MK rope-drop, rather than waiting for their arrival.
