I need to actually walk over to the CR this week to get closer photos, but I had several good views from around the lake this past week.

What I find interesting is that Kidani looks as if it's farther along in the section that is actually fartherst from Jambo (unless I'm misunderstanding the photos).

If it were to open in phases as planned, then it looks like the rooms first occupied would be in the new savanna section. I know that doesn't necessarily mean that the new savanna would be open, but I would think that the new pool area would have to be completed before they would book people over there since it's quite a haul from there to get to the pool in Jambo.

Does anyone else feel the same? I wonder how far along the new pool area is? I wish we could see photos of that area but I've never seen them anywhere so I doubt they can be had.

I am glad you enjoyed the photos! I got asked if I could stop by the AKL again, and I was happy to do so. The building is really taking shape fast.
