40 minutes today on the tread - jog/walk interval!
I think I forgot to report a workout on Wed. I was impressed with myself, I did it between DD10 and DD4 going to school, with a shower to boot! 30 min. on the treadmill.

My last workout for the week:beaniepro I did 45 mins on the recumbent plus a short stretch too! Off to work now, oh well...

Well, I don't know how I did it, but I managed 30 minutes of aerobics AFTER having our 2 year old granddaughter Maty stay the last two days with us. Man, I know why God gives kids to the young. And she was so sick with a cold that she was up half the night, poor thing.
But after the kids picked her up, though I wanted to go lay down, instead I popped in my aerobics tape and completed the 30 minutes. ONLY because I got the motivation from you guys! Thanks---now I'm going to lay down!!!:kitty:

Did 15.2 miles on the recumbent, ab and leg work plus a short stretch for a total of 75 mins this morning:goodvibes
Yesterday did the treadmill thing (35 min jog/walk). I've beent trying to slightly up the pace and time. I really need to find a way to work resistance training into my schedule without eliminating the aerobic excerise.
Off to the playground! It's a sunny day!!!! :sunny: Ahhhh.... It feels so good! I need to look up the stats but I have heard we have more cloud cover per year then Seattle.

55 minutes this morning.
Finished 40 min. jog/walk on the treadmill. (I also did 25 min of resistance excerise yesterday that I don't want to count.)
I definately see an improvement on what I'm able to do. Since I started I've doubled the amount of total time and jog time and increased the jog speed. :woohoo:

OK...back from 13 days in Puerto Vallarta.
Every day I played tennis except the day we went zip lining (canopy tour).
Tried to play beach volleyball most days .
Took an hour long salsa class 3 times a week...and let me tell ya, Cuban salsa is like an aerobics class...WOW.
But after all that activity, I found I gained weight, even tho my daughter complained that I didnt' eat enough. (she needs at least 2 squares and a couple snacks.
But even with weight gain, I love 'group' sports so much more than exercising solo.
My feet are carrying a lot of water today...so much so they HURT. Didn't expect that in dry old Colorado weather. YUCK.

Glad to have you back, CB!:howudoin: Since I've had that dang stomache flu, I'm finding that all I can really do is yoga and stretching. So a 45 minute session of yoga and 20 minutes of stretching today.

Another hour workout, 52 mins on the tread and a nice 8 minute stretch:blueflowe I am trying to look on the bright side that I am not completely sidelined with this knee and foot injury. No jogging is possible and my walking pace today topped out at 3.2 miles per hour:rolleyes:

Ski trip yesterday, broke a binding though and had to ski/walk out 4 miles on one ski.
An hour on the treadmill and stretching this morning.

Wow DM93....lucky you didin't get hurt :sosad: ! I'd say that counts as some serious exercise...yikes!
I did 30 minute run, 10 minute walk, 30 minute yoga and 10 minutes abs today. Making up for yesterdays slacker day :worried: .

I finished out March strong and did a 45 minute workout :)
OK. I'll admit that I didn't do the last workout. (a couple of small things that I don't want to count). I guess I'll just have to swim over to the next island!

OK, somewhere in my lvery little brain, I forgot that Saturday was not technically part of this month. I coutned those last workouts anyway, though.
