Adding 60 points -- BWV or BC

If you were to add 60 points, where would you add?

BoardWalk Villas or Beach Club Villas

I have not seen either location, but want to buy at one now to be close to Epcot during Food and Wine Festival. Could someone compare the two for me?

Lively atmosphere: ¼-mile Atlantic city Boardwalk midway (lots of activity - street performers, games, nightlife)
Well-themed pool (Luna Park) with 200-ft Keister Coaster water slide
Standard View rooms are low on points!
Boardwalk View offers some of the best DVC views (of Crescent Lake, BC/YC, etc.)
Ten-minute walk to Epcot; 15-minute walk to DHS
Great restaurants (Flying Fish Café and Spoodles)
Community Hall with lots of activities for children
No food inside the resort; must go outside
Self-park is not very convenient

2nd smallest DVC resort at WDW (difficult to book if you don't own)
Stormalong Bay: huge 3-acre mini-water park (the best feature pool at WDW!)
Close proximity to the Boardwalk resort area
Onsite character breakfast (Cape May Café)
Sandy "beach" on Crescent Lake; Movies on the beach
Good onsite restaurants (including Yachtsman Steakhouse)
Beaches & Cream Soda Shop!
Mid-Atlantic "nautical" theme
No 3-BR GV
No community hall
No really great views
