Free valet parking and extra guest

We (me, DW, DS. DS and DD) are checking into BWV on Sunday (can't wait!!). On that monday, MIL is coming up (driving) to stay with us for a few days. MS has her name as I added her to the reservation. Now I have always used the free valet parking for our vehicle when I check in and will again this time. I told MIL to just pull up the valet and do the same when she arrives the following day, then meet us in the room and we will go down and check her in. Now, am I correct in assuming that the free valet parking extends to my MIL (ie, guest) as well as me even though we are there at the same time? I assume it is not a one free valet parking pass per room. Anyone know the answer or have any experience with this (this is my first time having anyone in the room other than just our immediate family)

Also, as a follow up question, will the guard at the BW parking lot have her name (as she is on the reservation as a guest) or only my name (as the primary person on the romm)

The valet perk will apply to your MIL as well as to you. There isn't any "limit" per room as far as I know. If a valet parking charge does make it to your bill, just go to the front desk and have it removed. You won't get any flak for that at all.

Don't know if the guard will have your MIL's name, but she can always tell them your name if necessary. Can't imagine it will be a problem.

Enjoy your trip - we're checking into the BWV on Saturday and I can't wait, either!

this is too funny. I was just about to ask the same question. you beat me to it. if it is a charge ,
i'll just have it removed. I'll be in a 2 bedroom and 2 cars for the 6 of us. I would have been disappointed if I was charged.
