Passed ROFR

We received notice this week that our contract passed ROFR! We are now waiting for closing. Our broker said Disney is backed up and it could be 3 weeks before we hear anything. Oh well, better to wait for that than on pins and needles for ROFR.
We got interested in DVC after we talked to some friends that own at WLV. We then took the tour last Dec. and decided this was something we would like to do. However, we decided to go the resale route as we decided wanted OKW with the larger units. and the lower point price.

Can't wait to make our first reservation for May 2009.

that is a great news....being a DVC owners have lots of advantages in reserving Disney property...Where we love to stay in DVC resorts...
