Has anyone purchased 10 day park hoppers with no expiration? If so, through disney or a discount service and which was cheaper? Also could i purchase 4 and use 2 for my wife and I and 2 for my in-laws one trip and then use those same passes for 2 new adults on the next trip, say family friends or Grandparents? I think it might be a good deal, but not sure, I usually will go to DW once a year for 4-5 days. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have not purchase a 10 day non expire but i have purchased my tickets through undercover tourist ( go to mousesavers.com) and sign up for the newsletter...new one comes out tomorrow so sign up right away that way you get the link for the best prices i have found anywhere.
once you use the tickets they are for that person. no one else can use them. (they fingerprint the ticket at the gate)....

That is right, only one person can use a pass. Make sure you mark who's pass is who's and at the end of your trip write on the ticket itself how many days are left on each pass. Also, when you buy the pass make sure it says "no expiration" on it. One time we added the park hopper option on to some tickets we had bought the previous year and when they upgraded them they forgot to put the no expiration option back on the ticket and we lost 2 days of use the next year because we hadn't checked to make sure they were correct when she gave them back to us, and of course we didn't have our receipt to prove what we had purchased previously. Just be sure it says no expiration and the number of days and park hopper right on the ticket itself if that is what you purchase. Have fun!
I have purchased them from Maple Leaf.com. I saved about $30 per pass over Disney's price. Make certain you write the numbers on the back down on another piece of paper. My daughter's girlfriend lost hers last year--we had the number so they immediately canceled it and issued her another pass--no charge. We got back to VWL however and her pass and the cash she had with it was waiting for her at the desk. Isn't Disney wonderful!! By the way, you might want to consider also adding the waterpark (fun) option. We use them on different days then the theme parks and it extends the life of the pass even longer. Good Luck. Mary

we have multiple 10d park hoppers per adult and child, some with plusses, some not. we've basically bought on announcements of price hikes (before the actual hike). we have bought from only one internet vendor (multiple times) but that was only because it was the cheapest overall (tax and shipping included). the last time i checked, undercover tourist with a mousesavers link was indeed the cheapest overall.
our daily cost in the parks is pretty low (relatively) because of this. it bugs me to go to legoland or seaworld or whatever and pay more there per day than at WDW (we have a good time, but c'mon, is there really any comparison?). my wife and i joke that DVC was really just an extension of the philosophy of prepaying at today's prices for things that have a very high certainty for getting more expensive.
next year we are going to try to swing three trips and get an annual pass. does anyone know if i can purchase a 10d park hopper with no expiration and upgrade this at guest relations (to get the discount) *and* somehow get the DVC $100 discount? the recent thread regarding DVC vouchers from MS makes me think no, but what if i did the transaction in person at guest relations? inquiring cheapskates want to know.

I originally bought DD6 a regular ticket, but later planned a second trip with her. It was cheaper to go with the AP with DVC discount. I took her voucher to guest services and they upgraded without any problems.
