Has anybody booked for Marathon W/E yet???

I haven't booked our DVC yet for Marathon Weekend. DH is worried that IF I end up not doing it we're in trouble b/c we'll have to borrow points from 07 u/y. But I'm afraid that if I don't book my BWV std. view room NOW I won't get it in another 5 to 6 months.

UGH! So have you all booked yet? Do you know if it's hard to get that weekend. We'd probably come in on Wed night and check-out on Sun.

I booked BCV last year at the 7-month window with absolutely no problems! Planning on doing the same this year.

My DH told me he figured it would be okay to book at 7 months out....but as usual I'm worrying LOL! I know we'll get something at 7 months.....now I feel more confident. :D

I tried for a BWV standard studio at 7 mo and could not get it last yr. COuld have done a 1 BR< though. Keep in mind, the more reasons you have to do it (already have a room), the more motivation to do it.

We're sharing a 2 BR at BCV with another DVC WISHer.

Did BW view...figured from reading everyone else's marathon reports here and on tag's site, even if BW is loud, I won't be sleeping the night before anyway...so...not a problem!!!! :hyper:

Sleep? I didn't do that for about a week before. AMratho, trip to wdw...just didn't happen. I'm hoping to get some sleep next time.

I think we're arriving on Friday and leaving on Tuesday (or Wednesday). Hmmmm....can't remember!

Anyway...we're booked at BWV as well in a 1-BR (I think). LOL. Can't remember room type either. Think I'm losing my mind!:veryconfu

Still waiting for that 7-month window...thinking about booking SSR, just in case. I think we're going to plan for going up Friday and staying til Monday this year. DD13 will miss a couple days of school, but that doesn't seem to be as big a deal as it was when I was a kid :idontgeti She's going to do the Minnie with me in May, then decide if she wants to try the half for 2007 since she'll be old enough to register then.
