Well at least it is to me anyway. :headscrat

I have a cousin, she lived her in MI for quite a few years. Met a guy and well really likes him. He is in military and was stationed here. Recently moved back to his home state to be closer to his daughter (divorced).

So my cousin who informs us she doesn't like winter in Michigan decides she is going to move to the state with the guy.

Now this is what confuses the hell out of me - take a guess WHERE she moved?

Yup, I can see where this is going....

But they say its a different kind of cold there. There's not really a season called winter, its just the way it is about 51 weeks a year.

Yup, a nice place to cruise to, but I wouldn't want to live there.

It's actually not confusing at all IMHO. She isn't moving there for the weather--You know what they say--Love Conquers All! :beatinghe

Yep she moved to Alaska. I mean when she moved there she had 20 hours of daylight. I wondered to myself how in the world will she handle 20 hours of darkness. And I noticed the temps were 51 below.

Yep but winter in MI sucks :hammer:

I agree with her, Michigan winters sucked when I was growing up there. Not nearly enough snow nor cold enough.
