I purchased a few items on our last trip that I want to return on my next visit. One was actually broken when it arrived after being shipped. Of course I didnt save my receipt :dunce: but they still have the price stickers on them. Does anyone know what the policy is for returns (if there is one) if you dont have your original receipt?

I'm sure you will have no problem.
Last May I returned something with a receipt that was purchased 6 months prior. No problems.
Then, about a week after our May trip a keychain my wife bought had broken. I emailed their Merchandise Mail Order department and had a replacement in my hands a few weeks later.
You should have no trouble returning a broken item on-site even without a receipt.
EDIT: I just re-read your post and am not really sure how they will handle a non-broken return without a receipt. That may get a little more dicey. I know that WDW sends discontinued and out-of-season items to their off-site outlet stores where it is frequently sold at 50% off. Without a receipt, Disney couldn't verify that full price was paid for one of these items and could really get ripped-off by unscrupulous folks.
