A CM on another board - a CM who is very critical of Disney, holds them to Walt's standard, not Eisners - basically says Disney nailed it with E:E. He's riden it several times and claims it's great.

I'm feeling confident that it's going to be the homerun that we're hearing about. That being said, here's an interesting question. For 2005, Animal Kingdom attracted only about 300K fewer people than MGM. Will E:E give AK enough of a jolt to surpass MGM? I think it will.

At least for one year I'm betting E:E will help AK surpass MGM. After that... not so sure. I think MGM benifits greatly by having a night time attraction like Fantasmic.
MGM needs a lot of work - and a lot less Hat. AK will still need one more E ride to make it what many want to call a "full day park".

I found a pretty cool review for Everest at this site:

I think E:E is just what Everest needed to attract people to a fantastic park that has been dwarfed by the others for years. I also agree that another E-ticket ride would be awesome but that seems unlikely to me.
All I can say is that Disney did it right with this ride. They really took their time and put lots of creative energy into this ride and sounds like it was done beautifully! I really can't wait to ride it.....we're almost there leftcoaster! :woohoodan
