PJ and I made it home today and all is well. She is a beautiful baby girl and is really making me so happy to be able to hold her and kiss her little cheek.

I could have left the hospital yesterday, but we were waiting for the results from the pathology (which finally came in today and all is well - no cancer).

So, for yesterday afternoon and this morning, mommy and PJ hung out and chilled (ok - so we slept a lot :p ) I am sore, but really feeling amazing well. As I said, she is perfectly wonderful (healthy, wealthy and wise - I keep shaking her and checking her pockets, but I can't find the wealth part :D ) and looks just like my first child. Our peditrician went into the nursery to check her and immediately knew she was ours because she really is a clone of my first born. I will have to post a side by side picture for you all to see.

She is 21 inches long, 7 pounds 8 ounces, and was born right on time October 5 at 9:21 a.m.

Congrats...glad to hear mommy & baby are doing well :) What a cutie too.

BTW, what took you so long to post?....I figured you'd have your laptop up and running at approx 9:36am on the 5th :p

Went right on and took a look at your beautiful baby girl, PJ :) She is beautiful, Laura; you are a lucky woman!! I am hoping for a grandbaby girl one day (in the far future, about 10 years or so :D )

Get all the rest you can and enjoy kissing on her! How do the boys like her? Have fun...

Congrats Laura and welcome to the world Miss PJ! She is beautiful! Thanks for sharing, but we've been worried about you! 3 days to post and then you do it on a weekend I'm out of town. :mad:

Anyone lese notice that PJ may have inherited some on mommy's fire? I think someone to her right may have ticked her off. That, or she knew the flash would hurth her eyes. ;)

She will have to be a tough cookie to keep all these boys in line around here, so its great. hehehe

The boys are doing very well really. Charlie (5 year old) is jealous and turned up a notch or two too loud right now, but he does want to hold her and is paying attention to her. Richard (3 year old) is TOTALLY taken with her. He wants to hold her all the time, wants to touch her, takes off her socks to look at her feet, comes to look every time she coos to make sure she is ok. He also thinks everyone else should give her back to me if they are holding her lol :D Charlie will be ok soon (he is coming around quickly) and Richard is really thrilling me so all is good.

Well, their server must be down, so unfortunately I can't see her pic right now, but I'm sure she must be cute!

WELCOME HOME, PAULA JEAN !

Just returned from a long and wonderful cruise (18 nights!!!) through the Panama Canal. I couldn't remember my password and had trouble accessing it from Costa Rica....so I could read about her, but couldn't post anything!!!

She is beautiful and a chip off the ole funion! :D

Glad you have been given a clean bill of health, llovell.

Finally, a GIRL!!!!!!!
