Just a quick note - the FP's at Soarin were going mighty fast at WDW last week even towards the end of the week when things were quieter from a crowd perspective the FP's were going like hotcakes

DW and I managed to see it on EMH night (about a 25 minute wait)

I am not sure how many FP's they allocate per day but I know one day they were gone for the day by 11am

Cheers

We saw that also when we went last October. The FP's were gone by 11:30am and when we returned with our fastpasses at 2:30 (we got them at 9:30am) the stand-by line was 2 1/2 hours!

Same thing in November. The Soarin' fastpasses definitely seem to be the hottest ticket at any park.

At least until EE opens. :)

Yes, Soarin' is one of those blockbuster rides with near-universal attraction. Sure the big 'coasters are fun for some of us, but others have trouble with the speed and "hurl factor". Some of the gentler rides appeal to kiddies and many of those who might not like 'coasters, but are passed over by the thrill-seekers. Soarin' has plenty of appeal to both types, and has rapidly become my family's fav' attraction.

If you plan to ride Soarin' (which is a wonderful, wonderful ride), do so early, and/or get your FastPasses early!

It occurred to me that Soarin is probably at its worst now given that Test Track is down for rehab. I believe TT is due to be up again around February 14th. Until then, I'm sure Soarin is absorbing the brunt of the thrill-seeker crowd.

We headed there around 11am the week we were there and there was only a 30 minute wait and stil FP available ofr a while. TT was already down then. Best to check early, but may not be too bad.

I really wish you coudl se the FP and Stand-by times w/o going in the Land, though. I was too tired this trip for the extra steps.

good point Tim, I knew TT was going to be down for this trip, but wasen't drawing a line to how much busier Soarin' will be. Guess we will either get FP's or skip it some days.
